You can get a new electricity connection from FESCO by following an easy process. To apply for a new connection, there are many methods which are as follows;

Online Application

ENC is a free-of-cost system of electricity new connection. You can apply for it through an online application form. There are some mandatory documents that must be attached to the application form;

• Attested copy of CNIC of applicant
• Attested copy of CNIC of witness
• Property document’s copy
• Fesco electricity bill copy of your neighbours

These documents should be available in both hard and soft copy (PDF, JPG)

After getting all these documents, you can start filling out your online application form. Follow these steps for applying online;

Step 1: visit the ENC portal on your browser

Step 2: click the Apply button shown on the left side of the portal

Step 3: A page with a form will emerge after clicking the Apply button. You need to provide your neighbour’s reference number or consumer number to proceed further. After putting this number in the required field, the browser will retrieve the data, like neighbours’ names, addresses, names of distribution companies, and the code of the sub-division.

Step 4: Select the load category option that is dependent on your electricity consumption and load requirements. Selection may vary according to the type of connection. For domestic connection, the load requirement is unlikely to exceed 5kw, and you can select a load option of up to 15kw.

Step 5: After filling in the necessary primary data regarding your connection, you will get the option to select the connection type for residential connection type select option of ‘domestic’ connection type. If you need a connection for the tube well, select the corresponding connection type.

Step 6:

• Enter your personal data in the form after selecting the connection type.
• Choose the landlord’s option if you are the owner of the property.
• Choose the ‘tenant’ option if you are a tenant. Then fill the block of ‘Applicant name’ with your full name and father’s or husband’s name.
• If you are a Pakistani citizen, choose the first option under the citizenship column.
• Enter the CNIC number and address mentioned on your CNIC.
• Enter your active mobile number, and you can also enter the second mobile number of your father or husband.
• If you are applying for some other person’s connection, fill out the details of that person who acquires the connection. Select option ‘same as above’ if a connection is yours.

Step 7: provide the details of all appliances you plan to use in this step. You can also choose from the menu options. For example, if you have a microwave oven, select “oven” from the menu. You also need to enter the quantity of appliances and their wattage information. Repeat the same procedure for all other appliances, such as the refrigerator, etc.

Step 8: After all the compulsory details, you need to attach the mandatory documents.to make this possible, select the ‘browse’ button and get the scanned copies of all the required documents.

Upload each document in the required field. Recheck your form after filling it out to ensure the accuracy of the data you have provided.

Click on submit an application after all these steps after accepting the terms and conditions.

Offline Application

Follow these steps for offline application for a new Fesco connection;

• Get your application form for a new connection from the Fesco customer service centre, or download your form from the website fescoebillsonline.pk.
• Fill out your application form with your contact information, such as name, address, connection type, load requirements and other details.
• Attach the documents as CNIC copy, ownership details, or tenancy and recent electricity bill with your application form.
• Submit these documents along with the application form to fesco customer service centre.
• We look forward to providing you with a new connection after getting details about the availability of a power connection and required load capacity through a feasible study.
• Then, you need to provide Fesco with connection costs and security fees according to the mentioned instructions.
• After payment, Fesco will look forward to providing you with a connection within a specific time.
