  1. Can I download the FESCO bill?

Yes, you can check the FESCO bill and download it by visiting fescoebillonline.pk.You just need to enter a 14-digit reference number.

2. How can I check Fesco bills by entering CNIC number or mobile number?

No, it is not possible to check your Fesco bills with a CNIC or mobile number. The reference number is compulsory to check your bills online.

3. How can I register for a new connection to Fesco?

Visit your nearby sub-division office and get a free application form for a new connection. Submit your duly filled application form to the clerical staff of your concerned sub-division office. If your application is not rejected, then you will get your new connection within one month.

4. Can I change the FESCO Wapda bill from one person’s name to another?

It is possible by submitting your application to the sub-division office with proper justification. The connection will transfer to the desired person after the submission of the application.

5. Can I change my connection from domestic to commercial?

Within three days of submitting an application to the SDO office, your connection will be changed from domestic to commercial.

Attach a copy of CNIC, affidavit of Rs 20 and latest paid electricity bill with the submitted application.

6. How can I extend the due date of my fesco bills?

You can request to extend the due date of your bill up to 3 days.

7.Can I download my electricity bill in PDF form?

Yes, you can download your bill’s PDF easily by clicking on the print bill option and saving it as a PDF.

8. What is meant by FPA / fuel price adjustment in the electricity bill?

FPA stands for fuel and power purchase adjustment, which shows the fuel and power expenses to produce electricity through a power Distribution Company. Fluctuations in the cost of fuel and power purchase affect the FPA fee. This extra charge is without any markup from the power company.

9. Can I calculate FPA in the electricity bill?

Yes, you can easily calculate FPA by multiplying the difference between the actual fee and power cost and the base cost by the total number of units being consumed. Add up your results with the base tariff, and you will get your FPA. This method of calculation may vary depending on the framework of the region and electricity provider.

10. Can I calculate electricity units?

Calculate your electricity units by multiplying the power consumption (KW) by number of hours of power usage. This method may vary based on the type of meter and tariff structure.

11.What is the method of checking and paying electricity bills online?

 Follow these simple steps to pay your electricity bill online;

  • Visit the website of your electricity provider, such as Wapda, Lesco, etc.
  • Click on online bill payment or bill payment option on the website
  • Enter your reference number or consumer ID mentioned on your electricity bill
  • Enter your payment method, such as bank or other websites (Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, Daraz wallet)
  • You will get a receipt after the payment of the bill
